With reference to its concluding observations under the Convention (CRC/C/ALB/2-4, paras. 11 and 12), the Committee recommends that the State party adopt a comprehensive programme of action targeting specifically all issues covered under the Optional Protocol in its Action Plan for Children 2012-2015 and provide adequate human, technical and financial resources for its implementation.
